Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

These Terms set out what ClickFQ provides, what your Organisation is responsible for, and how donations made through your website are handled. Section 2 and Section 4 matter most — please read them.

1. Who this agreement is between

ReligiousFlow is operated by KIWCO ("ClickFQ", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the platform at religiousflow.clickfq.com and of any website we host for you.

  • "Organisation" ("you") — the temple, mosque, church, gurudwara, vihara, derasar or other place of worship that creates an account and publishes a website.
  • "Visitor" — any member of the public who views your website, donates, books a service or volunteers.
  • "Your Website" — the pages we host for you, whether at religiousflow.clickfq.com, a subdomain, or your own domain.

By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to act for the Organisation and to bind it to these Terms.

2. You are the publisher of your website

This is the most important clause in this agreement. ClickFQ provides tools. Everything that appears on Your Website is yours — authored, chosen and published by you, on your responsibility.

You are solely responsible for all content on Your Website, including text, images, logos, timings, event listings, prayer and service schedules, blog posts, donation descriptions, offering names and prices, live-stream embeds and links to other sites.

You represent and warrant that, for everything you publish:

  • you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to publish it, including for photographs of people and any copyrighted images, music or recordings;
  • it is accurate and not misleading, including anything you say about donations, their use, tax treatment or receipts;
  • it is lawful, and does not infringe any third party's rights;
  • you are genuinely authorised to represent the institution named on Your Website and to solicit contributions on its behalf.

We do not review, verify, endorse or moderate your content before it is published, and we do not verify that you represent the institution you name. Publishing is instant and under your control.

3. Our role — an intermediary, not a publisher

ClickFQ is an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We host and transmit content at your direction. We do not initiate transmissions, select the recipients, or select or modify the content you publish.

We are not the author, publisher, editor or sponsor of anything on Your Website, and we make no representation about the religious, charitable or factual claims it contains. Any dispute about that content is between you and the person raising it.

4. Donations are made to you, and paid to you

Donations given through Your Website are contributions to your Organisation. ClickFQ is not a charity, trust, fundraiser or trustee, is not a party to any donation, and never holds, receives or handles donation money.

You connect your own payment account — your Razorpay account, in your Organisation's name, opened and held by you. Donations are charged on your account and settle to your bank directly. ClickFQ takes no cut of donations and does not appear anywhere in the payment chain.

Where you have not connected a payment account, your website can display your own UPI ID and QR code instead. Devotees then pay you directly, and ClickFQ has no record of, or involvement in, that payment beyond displaying what you uploaded.

Your relationship with your payment provider is yours alone, including its fees, settlement timing, KYC, holds and disputes. We do not control it and cannot resolve a problem with it on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for: issuing receipts to donors; maintaining books of account; and every registration, permission and filing that applies to your Organisation's fundraising.

80G and tax exemption. Your website can display an 80G notice, but only because you switched it on and entered your own registration number. You alone are responsible for holding a valid registration, for the accuracy of what you display, and for issuing any receipt a donor relies on. ClickFQ does not verify registrations, does not issue receipts, and makes no representation to any donor about the tax treatment of a contribution.

Foreign contributions. If you accept donations from outside India or from foreign sources, you are responsible for complying with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, including holding a valid FCRA registration or prior permission and receiving such funds only in a designated FCRA account. You must not enable foreign-currency donations without it. We may disable them on any account at any time.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks on donations are between you, your donor and your payment provider. Because the money never passes through us, we cannot refund, reverse or recover a donation on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ReligiousFlow to publish, host or transmit anything that:

  • is unlawful, or that promotes or incites hatred, enmity or violence between religious, racial or other groups, or that is deliberately insulting to any religion or belief;
  • is obscene, defamatory, harassing, or invasive of another's privacy;
  • impersonates another institution, person or authority, or falsely suggests an affiliation, endorsement or registration you do not hold;
  • solicits funds for an organisation you are not authorised to represent, or for a purpose you do not intend to apply them to;
  • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
  • contains a virus or is designed to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system;
  • is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

You must not attempt to access another Organisation's account or data, probe or test the platform's security, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages.

6. Complaints, takedown and grievance redressal

If you believe content hosted on ReligiousFlow is unlawful or infringes your rights, contact our Grievance Officer: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME & EMAIL].

We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, in line with the Intermediary Guidelines.

We may remove or disable access to content, suspend a website, or terminate an account — with or without notice — where we are required to by law or by a competent authority or court, or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where content presents a risk to us, to a Visitor or to the public.

We are not obliged to monitor content, and removing some content does not create an obligation to review any other.

7. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Where you allow another person to help run your website — for example someone who has gifted your subscription — they can edit your content. They cannot change your website's address or take it offline; those remain with the account owner.

8. Free plan, trial, subscription and cancellation

ReligiousFlow has a Free plan, with no time limit and no card required. Every new website also begins with a one-month free trial of the Growth plan's features. When the trial ends, the website stays online on the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

  • Free — ₹0. Your website on a ReligiousFlow address, with donations by UPI QR code. It does not include your own domain, online card or gateway donations, or the Growth and Managed features, and it shows sponsored advertisements as set out in section 8A.
  • Essential — ₹999 per month (US$19 outside India)
  • Growth — ₹2,999 per month (US$49 outside India)
  • Managed — ₹9,999 per month (US$149 outside India)
  • Done-for-you setup is optional: a one-time fee of ₹7,500 (US$99) for our team to build your site with you, load your content and connect your payment account. You do not need it to publish, on any plan. Once that work has been done, the fee is not refundable.
  • Annual billing is charged at ten months' price — two months free.
  • Prepaid top-ups may be purchased to extend a paid period without a recurring subscription.
Two different payment accounts, and it matters which is which. Your subscription and setup fee are paid to ClickFQ, on ClickFQ's payment account — that is our fee for the service. Donations are never paid to us: they are charged on your own payment account and settle to your bank, as section 4 sets out.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law, or where we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices on notice; a change takes effect from your next billing period.

When a paid subscription or a gifted membership lapses or is cancelled, Your Website is not taken offline: it moves to the Free plan and stays online, and the paid features stop (for example, online gateway donations are replaced by your UPI QR code, sponsored advertisements appear, and a custom domain can no longer be added or changed). Your content is kept. A website is taken offline only if we suspend it under section 6 or section 17.

8A. Sponsored advertisements on the Free plan

Websites on the Free plan carry up to two sponsored advertisements from businesses, chosen and placed by ClickFQ, in a section clearly labelled "Sponsored" above the website's footer. They never appear in the header, among your timings, or on your donation page. Paid plans do not show them.

  • We do not accept advertisements for alcohol, tobacco, gambling, betting or lotteries, dating or adult services, weapons, political campaigns, cryptocurrency, or religious conversion, on any website.
  • We also hold back categories that conflict with a faith's practice from that faith's websites — for example, non-vegetarian food on Hindu, Jain, Buddhist and Sikh websites, and interest-based finance on mosque websites.
  • An advertisement is ClickFQ's, not yours: you are not paid for it and are not responsible for it, and it does not mean you endorse the advertiser. Advertisers are responsible for their own offers.
  • If an advertisement on your website is unsuitable, tell us and we will remove it from your website. ClickFQ may also switch advertisements off for any website.
  • Advertising revenue belongs to ClickFQ; it is what pays for the Free plan.

9. What your plan includes

Your plan covers two different things, and it is worth being clear which is which.

  • The software — your website and everything you operate yourself: pages, timings, events, offerings, gallery, bookings, volunteers, your own blog posts and your donation page. This is not metered. Publish as much as you like, on any plan.
  • Services we perform — on the Managed plan, the blog posts we write for you, Google Business Profile management and monthly maintenance. These are a stated number of items per month of our team's time, not a limit on what you can do yourself.
WhatsApp: your number or ours. You may connect your own WhatsApp Business account, in which case messages are sent on your number under your own agreement with Meta — there is no limit from us and nothing to buy from us. Or you may send on ClickFQ's number, which costs one message credit per message.

Message credits are prepaid and non-refundable once spent. A credit is taken when a message is accepted for sending and returned if the provider refuses it. When you run out, WhatsApp messages pause. Nothing else stops: donations, bookings and volunteer sign-ups continue exactly as before and are all recorded in your dashboard, which remains the complete record.

On your own account, your relationship with Meta — its fees, template approvals, quality rating and any suspension — is yours, and we cannot influence or restore it. On ours, we may pause sending where a message would breach WhatsApp's policies or put the number at risk.

The contents of a plan may change on notice, taking effect from your next billing period. We will not reduce what your current period already paid for.

10. Your domain name

If you connect your own domain, you buy it, own it and renew it. We do not register, sell or renew domain names, and we make no claim to yours. We register the hostname against our hosting provider so it can be served and secured; you can point it elsewhere at any time.

11. Visitor data — who is responsible for what

When a Visitor donates, books a service, volunteers or contacts you through Your Website, that information is collected for you.

  • You decide what to collect and why, and are the Data Fiduciary for it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (or the equivalent role under any other law that applies to you).
  • We process it on your behalf, on your instructions, as a Data Processor, in order to run the platform.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for telling Visitors what you do with it, for publishing your own privacy notice where required, and for responding to Visitors who ask about their data. Our own handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Ownership

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display and transmit it, solely to operate and secure the platform and to provide the service to you. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups retained for a limited period.

We keep ownership of the platform, its software, designs and templates. Nothing here transfers those to you.

13. Use of artificial intelligence

In how the platform is built. ClickFQ uses AI coding assistants (including Anthropic's Claude) to help write, test, review and document ReligiousFlow's software. That work is directed, reviewed and tested by ClickFQ before release. Using these tools does not change our responsibilities under these Terms: ClickFQ remains responsible for the service it provides, as set out here.

In the running service. AI is used only in internal tools operated by ClickFQ staff, such as drafting the narrative of a business review report from aggregated figures, or helping staff find information for support. AI output is a draft that a person checks before it is relied on. AI does not make decisions about your account, your payments, your donations or the content of Your Website. What data these tools can see is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your own use of AI. If you use an AI tool to write, translate or illustrate content for Your Website, that content is still yours under section 2, and you are responsible for its accuracy and for having the rights to publish it.

14. Availability and third-party services

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any particular requirement, and we give no warranty about search rankings, donation volumes or visitor numbers.

Values the platform shows for convenience — sun-based prayer and service times, countdowns, and local weather from MET Norway — are approximations and may be wrong. Our Disclaimer explains each one; the Organisation's own timings and the relevant religious authority always prevail.

The platform depends on third parties — including payment, hosting, database, email, media and messaging providers. We are not responsible for their acts, outages, decisions or charges, including a payment provider declining, delaying, holding or reversing a transaction.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless ClickFQ, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • content published on Your Website, and any claim that it is unlawful, inaccurate, defamatory, infringing, or offensive to any person or community;
  • donations solicited, collected, applied, receipted or accounted for through Your Website, and any tax, exemption, 80G, registration or FCRA consequence of them;
  • your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law;
  • your handling of Visitor data;
  • any dispute between you and a Visitor, donor, volunteer, member, trustee or authority.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickFQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, donations, data or business, however arising.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service, on any basis, is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are not liable for the amount of any donation, for a donation that fails, is delayed, is reversed or is not received, or for any tax or regulatory consequence of your fundraising.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account or website where these Terms are breached, where required by law or a competent authority, where fees are unpaid, or where continuing would expose us or a Visitor to material risk. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem.

Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including donations, indemnity, limitation of liability and governing law — do.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction, save that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
