What ReligiousFlow is responsible for, what each place of worship is responsible for, and how calculated values, third-party content and artificial intelligence are used.

1. A platform, not the place of worship

ReligiousFlow is a website platform operated by KIWCO ("ClickFQ", "we", "us"). Each temple, mosque, church, gurudwara, vihara, derasar or other place of worship on it (an "Organisation") runs its own website and publishes its own content.

ClickFQ does not speak for any Organisation, faith or tradition. We do not author, review, verify or endorse what an Organisation publishes, including religious teachings, timings, events, appeals and claims about how donations are used. Questions about a website's content should go to the Organisation that runs it.

A website appearing on ReligiousFlow does not mean ClickFQ has verified that the people running it are authorised to represent the institution it names.

2. Timings, dates and calculated values

Prayer, aarti, service and event times are entered by each Organisation, and may change without notice. Please confirm with the Organisation before travelling, especially on festival days.

  • Calculated times. Where an Organisation chooses times based on the sun (for example sunrise, sunset or Islamic prayer times), they are worked out for the Organisation's location using a standard astronomical method. They may differ by a few minutes from a local almanac, mosque committee or religious authority, whose timing always prevails.
  • Festival and lunar dates are not calculated by us. Where shown, they are the Organisation's own entries or suggestions it has confirmed.
  • Countdowns ("next in 2 hr 15 min") are approximate, and depend on your device's clock.

3. Weather

Where an Organisation shows local weather, it comes from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway) under the CC BY 4.0 licence, for the Organisation's approximate location, refreshed about every 30 minutes. Forecasts can be wrong, and are provided for convenience only. Do not rely on them for safety decisions.

4. Donations and tax

Donations made through an Organisation's website go to that Organisation, on its own payment account. ClickFQ does not receive, hold or pass on donation money, and is not a charity or fundraiser.

Statements about 80G eligibility, tax treatment or how funds will be used are made by the Organisation alone. ClickFQ does not verify registrations or issue receipts, and nothing on any website is tax, legal or financial advice. Please keep the Organisation's receipt, and check with a tax adviser if you rely on a deduction.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

AI is used in how ReligiousFlow is built. ClickFQ uses AI coding assistants (including Anthropic's Claude) to help write, test, review and document the platform's software. That work is directed, reviewed and tested by ClickFQ before it is released, and ClickFQ remains fully responsible for the service.

Like any software, the platform may contain errors despite that review. If you find something wrong, please tell us at hello@clickfq.com.

Where AI touches the running service. Some internal tools used by ClickFQ staff use AI models, for example to draft the narrative of a business review report from aggregated figures, to draft articles for the ReligiousFlow blog, or to help staff query the platform. AI output is treated as a draft: it may be inaccurate, and a person checks it before it is relied on. See our Privacy Policy for what data these tools can see.

What AI does not do. AI does not decide anything about donations, payments, account access or the content of an Organisation's website, and visitors' donation, booking and volunteer details are not sent to AI models by the platform.

Translations and text on an Organisation's website are written by that Organisation. If it used an AI tool of its own to write or translate them, that is its choice and its responsibility.

6. Third-party content and links

Websites on ReligiousFlow may embed or link to third-party services: YouTube videos and live streams, maps, social media, payment pages and other websites. Those are provided by their operators under their own terms and privacy policies. ClickFQ does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Embedded videos load from YouTube only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Sponsored advertisements. Websites on the Free plan show advertisements from businesses, labelled "Sponsored". They are placed by ClickFQ, not by the Organisation, and do not mean the Organisation or ClickFQ endorses the advertiser or its products. Offers are the advertiser's responsibility. To report an unsuitable advertisement, write to hello@clickfq.com.

7. No warranty

The platform and every website on it are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ClickFQ gives no warranty that any information shown is accurate, complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. The limits in our Terms of Service apply.

8. Reporting a problem

To report content that you believe is unlawful, misleading or impersonates an institution, contact our Grievance Officer: [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME & EMAIL]. For anything else, hello@clickfq.com.
